City Flats at Renwick welcomes your pets at our Bloomington apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, though we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for Residents with pets.

Unfortunately at this time we are not able to allow breaks in any finalized lease contracts.
Yes, City Flats at Renwick and all other J.C. Hart living communities require a credit check to be performed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
